Acquired in 2013, this former hospital was still operational and the county was not fully utilizing their developed office space. Montgomery County recognized they were in need of outside help and engaged SDC.

In 2018, Mercy Hospital/Life Pace, the number one National provider of elderly day services, moved in. Having them as a primary occupant is a key benefit to the area. The personal, medical, and social services offered enrich the lives of older individuals in the community. This tenant and others (YWCA) fulfill the mission of SDC.
