Starting in 2007, Silverang purchased 35+ properties that were all in the immediate neighborhood adjacent to Franklin & Marshall. This community was in decline and in need of a new vision. Kevin Silverang, F&M Alum and Board Advisor was invested in seeing the College continue to be a successful institution.

The renovation included: duplexes, triplexes and two tobacco warehouses. The capital improvement resulted in a master lease with the college.

Not only did the revitalization improve the entire neighborhood, but it inspired others to renovate their own properties. The desirable student housing is at 100% occupancy every semester and always has a student wait-list.
